Precision Ground Ballscrew (C0 - C5):

Tips Memilih Ballscrew Shaft

Akurasi (Accuracy Grade):

Standar JIS atau ISO menggunakan kode "C" diikuti angka. Semakin kecil angkanya, semakin tinggi akurasinya. Untuk mesin CNC logam, standar minimum biasanya adalah C5. Untuk conveyor atau packaging machine, C7 sudah memadai.


Diameter dan Lead (Pitch):

Diameter Poros: Menentukan kekakuan (rigidity) dan kecepatan kritis. Poros yang terlalu kecil pada bentangan panjang akan mengalami whipping (bergetar seperti cambuk) saat berputar cepat.


Lead: Jarak tempuh linear dalam satu putaran penuh (360 derajat). Lead besar memberikan kecepatan tinggi tetapi torsi yang dibutuhkan lebih besar. Lead kecil memberikan resolusi posisi yang lebih halus dan gaya dorong (thrust) yang lebih besar.


Kapasitas Beban (Load Rating):

Perhatikan Dynamic Load Rating (Ca) untuk menghitung estimasi umur pakai (fatigue life) dan Static Load Rating (Coa) untuk batas beban maksimal tanpa deformasi permanen.


Panjang Poros dan End Machining:

Panjang poros harus disesuaikan dengan stroke mesin ditambah area untuk support unit. Ujung poros biasanya perlu dibubut (machined) agar bisa masuk ke bantalan penyangga (support unit) seperti produk SHAC Ball Screw Support atau INDOMAKERS Linear Rail Shaft Support Unit.
